I purchased a 2-year subscription for MyTurboPC yesterday and regret ever having done so. My PC is slower than ever, takes several minutes for my security to commence instead of being almost immediate. 2 long standing problems are not fixed even though the program says my PC in good status. Contacted the help site and was asked if I would pay $74.00 AUD if satisfied with the help received. It doesn't take much imagination to know what my reply was.

I have today purchased the product to remove the web protect malware infection on my PC, and the price quoted was £19 GBP, I was charged £22.80 as VAT was added and this addition wasn't made clear but worse than this. My PC is still infected with web protect malware. I would like my money refunded please.
